Care Tips
Keep Your Towels Luxurious, Fresh & Enduring
Separate with Care
Always wash your towels separately from other laundry; particularly the items with zippers, hooks, or rough textures that can snag delicate fibres. Your towels deserve their own special treatment.
Choose Gentle Detergents & Washing Powders
Select mild, gentle detergents or washing powders that are free from harsh chemicals. These protect the towel’s fibres and maintain excellent absorbency, wash after wash.
Water Temperature Matters
White Towels: Use hot water, not exceeding 60°C, to effectively remove stains and sanitise.
Colourful Towels: Use warm water, not exceeding 40°C, to keep colours vibrant and prevent fading. Please note that washing colourful towels in this temperature will still ensure a thorough clean.
Select the Right Wash Cycle
Choose a regular or heavy-duty cycle for white towels and a gentle or delicate cycle for colourful towels to create the perfect balance between hygiene and fabric care.
Don’t Overload Your Machine
Avoid overcrowding the washer. Towels need room to move freely to come out clean, fluffy, and fresh every time.
Professional Tip: Add Vinegar
Add half a cup of white vinegar to the rinse cycle to remove detergent/washing powder buildup, and keep towels smelling fresh and feeling soft.
Gentle Drying
Tumble dry on low to medium heat or use a towel-specific setting. Avoid high heat and over-drying to protect the fabric’s integrity.
Avoid Fabric Softeners (Mostly)
Fabric softeners can leave residues that reduce absorbency. Use sparingly, if at all, and consider pairing with white vinegar in the rinse cycle for a natural softening effect.
Regular Washing Routine
By practicing these care tips, your Glodina Black Label towels® will continue to feel plush, perform beautifully, and elevate your everyday moments for years to come.
Towel Discoloration Warning
Products containing benzoyl peroxide may result in permanent staining or discoloration when in contact with coloured towels.
Keep away from towels you care about.
